How to Submit a Qualified Referral
To qualify, the referral must be a direct and original introduction.
The new client must identify you as the referring Barrister tenant before negotiations begin. This is important because referrals cannot be added after a prospective client has already contacted Barrister or begun discussing office terms.

Include the prospective client’s name, contact information, preferred location, and whether they are interested in a physical or virtual office.
The referred client must sign by September 30, 2026, for the referral to qualify.
The referring tenant must also be in good standing to receive the applicable gift card and standard Free Rent Credit.
