Barrister Executive Suites, Inc.  Privacy Policy

Protecting your private information is our priority. This Privacy Policy applies to the website (and collectively with any and all website pages within, the “BES Website”) and Barrister Executive Suites, Inc. (“BES”) and governs data collection and usage. The BES website is an information, products, and services site. The BES Website may provide links to third party websites for your convenience and information. BES does not control third party websites or their policies and practices, which may differ from our own.  This Privacy Policy does not cover any personal data that you choose to give to unrelated third parties.

When browsing on the BES Website, you are not required to provide any personal information. If you choose to register with BES, then you will be requested to provide personally identifiable information, such as, but not limited to, your name, address, phone number and email address. If you purchase BES products or services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete purchase transactions. We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by BES. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general site statistics regarding the use of the BES Website.

BES encourages you to review the privacy policy statements of websites you choose to link to from the BES Website so that you can understand how those websites collect, use and share your information. BES is not responsible for the privacy policy statements or other content on websites outside of the BES Website.

BES collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s) and deliver the services that you have requested. BES does not sell, rent, or lease your personal information or its customer lists to unrelated third parties.  BES may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from BES and its affiliates. BES may also, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone #) is not transferred to such external business partners. BES may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, process payments (for instance, via credit card processing) or arrange and ship deliveries. Such statistical analysis may lead to the publication of aggregate demographical data but will not result in the reporting or publication of any personal information provided to us.  All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to BES, and they are requested to maintain the confidentiality of your information. If you do not want to receive certain additional communication, you may opt out (see Opt Out & Unsubscribe section below).

From time to time, BES may contact you via surveys or contests to conduct research about your opinion of current and or future services that may be offered. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information.  Information requested may include contact information, demographic information, or other personal consumer habits. Contact information will be used to notify the winners of any contests and award prizes.  BES may also keep track of the websites and pages within the BES Website, in order to determine what BES services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within the BES Website to users whose behavior indicates that they are interested in particular subject areas.

BES will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law (for example, a subpoena) or regulations, or is requested by a government agency conducting investigations or proceedings, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on the BES Website; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of BES; and (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of BES customers or the public.
