The Q4 Tenant Referral Credit Special recognizes the people who already know Barrister and can connect us with someone who may benefit from a private office or virtual office service. If a colleague is considering a new workspace in Los Angeles, your introduction could help them find the right option—and earn you a reward.
Refer a new client who signs a qualifying private-office lease at a participating location by December 31, 2026, and you’ll receive a $300 gift card.
Barrister offers private offices in several Southern California markets, including Calabasas, Encino, LAX, Santa Monica, West Los Angeles, and Woodland Hills. Referring someone for a virtual office?
If your referral signs a new virtual-office agreement at a participating location by December 31, you’ll receive a $50 gift card plus a rent or service credit under the standard Tenant Referral Program.
A virtual office can be an option for businesses that need a professional business address or related services without leasing a private office. Referrals that result in a signed agreement at a Barrister Executive Suites location not listed above receive the standard free-rent credit under the Tenant Referral Program.
How to make a qualifying referral
Make the introduction directly and ensure the prospective client identifies you as the referring tenant before negotiations begin. The referral must be an original introduction, and a fully executed lease or service agreement is required. You must also be a current tenant in good standing to receive the credit and gift card.
