For a limited time, eligible current Barrister virtual tenants can upgrade to a qualifying full-time private office and pay their existing virtual-office rate for the first three months of the office term.

That means you can move into a professional private office without immediately taking on the full monthly office rate.

The offer is simple:

  1. Select an available full-time office at a participating Barrister location.
  2. Sign a qualifying 24-month office agreement.
  3. Pay your current Barrister virtual-office rate during the first three months.
  4. Begin paying the regular contracted office rate in month four.

 

Your existing virtual-office rate temporarily becomes your full-time office rate for the first three months.

Here is an easy example.

Imagine that your current virtual-office package is:

$99 per month

You then upgrade to a full-time private office with a regular contracted rate of:

$3,000 per month

Under this special, your payment schedule would look like this:

Month 1: $99
 Month 2: $99
 Month 3: $99
 Month 4 and after: $3,000 per month

Without the promotion, three months of office rent at $3,000 per month would total $9,000.

With the promotion, those first three months would total only $297 based on the example virtual rate.

Who Is Eligible?

This offer is intended for current Barrister virtual tenants who are current with their rent.

The upgrade is subject to:

  • An approved Rental Application
  • A minimum 24-month office term
  • Available qualifying office space
  • An agreement signed by September 30, 2026
  • An office term that begins by September 30, 2026

The offer cannot be combined with another promotion or special.
