If you are a current Barrister tenant and you refer someone who signs a new agreement at any Barrister location before March 31, 2026, you’ll receive:
- PLUS the standard 1x Free Rent Credit under Barrister’s existing Tenant Referral Program
- $26 one-time in ancillary credit
- The free rent credit can be up to one month free, based on the referred client’s lease term
This means you’re earning ongoing monthly value and a one-time rent credit—stacked together for maximum benefit.
What Can the Ancillary Credit Be Used For?
The $26 one-time ancillary credit is flexible and practical, designed to offset real operating costs you already have.
Your credit can be applied to eligible invoice charges such as:
- Phone usage and telecom services
- Conference room reservations
- Day office usage
- Photocopying and scanning services
- Other qualifying ancillary fees billed to your account
This is not a coupon or rebate—it’s a direct one-time credit applied to your invoice, helping reduce overhead while you continue operating your business.
Important note: Ancillary credits cannot be applied to postage or parking validations, and tenants must have qualifying ancillary charges in order to use the credit.

- Referrals must sign by March 31, 2026

- Credit cannot be combined with any other special or promotion
- Tenant must be current at the time of referral and signing
- Suite Managers are responsible for submitting the AR and applying the credit correctly to invoices
